Enterprise Reporting Collaboration in Eclipse Ecosystem

In the past day there have been a couple of great examples of collaboration within the Eclipse Ecosystem.

First, Business Objects announced that Crystal Reports is embedded within IBM Rational Software Delivery Platform 7.0. And this morning Actuate announced a collaboration with Zend to bring reporting capabilities to PHP.

These are two great examples of an Ecosystem that supports collaboration between organizations that share complementary and competitive technology.
